This one is expected to be sold at around PhP 3-5 million. The largest unit is also the most expensive at PhP 6 million. The 2-bedroom unit offers up to 51 square meters in floor area along with two bedrooms and a balcony. There are also two floor plans available for the 2-bedroom unit types.

Upon delivery of the units to the owners, Vista Brenthill promises to offer residents all of the basic and luxurious amenities they expect. In the kitchen, residents will find vinyl planks flooring, painted wall finish, granite counter top, overhead and base cabinet, and stainless steel sink with faucet. Meanwhile, all toilets and bathrooms have ceramic floor tiles, telephone type shower, wall hung lavatory, and ceramic wall tiles.
